Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or converted: they are valid only for the date and time indicated. Please check the details before making a purchase. A refund is only provided in cases where the date changes or the show is canceled. If the date of the event changes, the customer is entitled to either a refund or a ticket to the same event on the new date. The original ticket must be presented intact.
The ticket vendor is ultimately responsible for the ticket policy. Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation is not responsible for issuing refunds.
Abu Dhabi Festival reserves the right to substitute tickets to equivalent or higher category seats, and to make changes to the composition of the cast for artistic needs and force majeure, without this constituting grounds for reimbursement. Such changes will be communicated on site and, if possible, by email.
Students, Youth (under 26) and people of determination are entitled to a 50% discount on the full ticket price.
The discount can be selected during the checkout on the ticket platform.
Proof of age (ID card) or status (student card) will be required to enter the performance venue.
1. Early Arrival: Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the start of theperformance to ensure a smooth experience.
2. Seating: Please stay in your assigned seat. The seat number is specified onyour ticket.
3. Camera Policy: The use of mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices isstrictly prohibited.
4. Liability Disclaimer: The organisers are not responsible for injuries,illnesses, fatalities, or the loss or damage of personal belongings related toor arising from the event. Attend at your own risk.
5. Media Consent: By attending the event, you consent to the recording of yourimage or voice, which may be shared online and offline for promotional andarchival purposes.
6. Event Information: It is your responsibility to verify the event's date, time,location, and age restrictions before attending. Plan to arrive early at thevenue to avoid any inconveniences.
7. Latecomer Policy: Latecomers may be denied entry, with no options for ticketrefunds, exchanges, or compensation. Please arrive on time to ensure uninterrupted enjoyment of the event.
8. Security Inspection: Be aware that security personnel may conduct inspectionsof attendees and their belongings upon entry. Dangerous and prohibited itemswill be confiscated to ensure the safety of all participants.
9. Code of Conduct: We expect all attendees to abide by a code of conduct thatpromotes public decency and respect for fellow guests. Individuals exhibiting behaviourconsidered inappropriate by the organisers may be removed from the eventwithout refund.
10. Ticket Terms: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Pleasemake your ticket purchases with care.
11. Pricing Information: Ticket prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), asapplicable.
12. Resale Prohibition: Tickets should only be purchased from authorised sellers or platforms. Resale of tickets is not permitted.
13. Age restriction: 6+ years old
By purchasing a ticket and attending the concert, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the event without refund.
